Meet Our Staff & Volunteer Members

Willamena Witcher is the Founder and President of I Will Foundation Inc.. She is certified in Food Health and Nutrition, a Birthing Doula and has 27 years in the banking industry. She is also a devoted mother of 3 and a nana to 1 grandson, 1 granddaughter and a grand dog name Bella.

Ciera Black was born and raised in St. Petersburg, FL. Upon graduating, Gibbs High School she went on to pursue her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science and a Master Degree in Applied Gerontology (Study of the  Geriatric Aging Process ) from Brenau University in Gainesville, GA. Ciera has worked over 6 years in the Geriatric Field as an Activity Director and Memory Care Director assisting elderly residents with their Activities of Daily Living.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids, and their dog Bella. 

Originally from Tupelo, Mississippi, Cedric is a retired veteran who served in the United States Air Force for 20 years. He is the father of three beautiful young ladies:  Cameri, Kyla, and Leilani. Cedric is now enjoying his second passion, performing as a Standup Comedian in Los Angeles, Fort Lauderdale/Miami, and Atlanta.
